Werty found a nice plug-in for excel for advanced handling of duplicate entries.
For those who handle thousands of keywords, the removing of duplicates for optimal AdWords organization is crucial. This little program looks like it can facilitate for removing duplicate entries in multiple ways so that your AdGroups are more tightly focused, and don’t include dups across your account.
