Google Offering $400 Discounts on Audio Ads

April 9, 2007

It looks like Google is finally pushing Audio ads past the beta launch into a more expanded invite program.

The initial program is offering $400 in free audio ads to try them out. That’s quite a discount, and it looks like they are trying to get people to try out a medium that many internet only companies haven’t ventured into.

It will be interesting to see how well these audio ads are adopted by a search based audience.
